Hello everyone, I am so excited to write this bag review!
It seems that many of you interested more in Japanese designer bag review. So, now I will review my current favorite bag, Pleats Please by Issey Miyake "Bias" Bag which I just bought in Japan last week. I am such a big fan of his design from the moment Baobao Bag was released, it is my all time favorite bag as well.

My Bias Bag in Small Grey/Black Color
I went to Tokyo last week, and enjoyed the shopping experience a lot. I must say, all of the Shopping Assistants in every stores are really friendly, polite and helpful. Even sometimes they also help with some outfit styling, I experienced the styling in Coach and Gucci store. They brought some items to style the customers, which leads me to buy Coach trench coat and also craving for Gucci Princetown Slipper (oh you d*mn marketing strategy! haha). I went crazy buying a lot of good bargain goods, one of them is the Bias Bag.

Handle made of leather

YKK zipper
It was in my wishlist since last year and my eyes was sparkling when I saw the sale price tag. I bought it for around USD400, which is half of the retail price in few countries I suppose (when I check in Taiwan it costs around USD800). The material are made of the signature pleats cloths for the body, canvas for the bottom part and leather for the handle. They use YKK zipper just like other contemporary designers like Phillip Lim, Alexander Wang and Givenchy. The design is in dome-like shaped but not rigid.

The Bias Bag comes in three sizes, Small, Medium and Large. Mine is the small one, it comes with the crossbody strap. Meanwhile the medium and large size are more like shoulder bag model with no long strap. Since I'm petite (only 5ft tall) I prefer small bags.

Inside of the bag
Surprisingly, even though it's small it could load so many things. I could put my long wallet, phone, A5 size book, makeup pallet, passport, 500ml water bottle and many more (it's huge, trust me hahaha). There's also zipper pocket inside where you can put your phone or small stuffs, and additional front pocket. Moreover, the long strap is adjustable and removable which is very convenient. You probably could use the Fendi You Strap for the spare 😍

However, the drawback of this bag is the maintenance, it is made of cloths which are more likely easy to be dirty. There will be some bag care needed to maintain the bag looks, but you will still love it anyway. I haven't take proper #ootd picture with this bag, but I will attach it later.

That's all my review for Pleats Please by Issey Miyake Bias Bag, hope it can help some of you who consider to buy this beautiful bag.

XOXO,
Khara
Finally I can post another bag review, this time I will review Coach Swagger 20 Bag.

I've never been really into American brands, but last season Coach is changing their direction from classic and a bit boring into more youthful and edgy. I think Stuart Vevers did a really good job as the current creative director. Furthermore, Chloe Moretz as their new brand ambassador also perfectly fit with the new trendy brand image that they want to build. Their coats collection is also improved nicely.

I've been eyeing on the Swagger bag since it released around F/W 2015, but I also got distracted since I just got my YSL Cabas Chyc Tote in that time. Then, just a week ago I was on meeting in Taipei and went to Taipei 101 Mall to look around. I just planned to do window shopping back then, but it struck me, the private final sale on Coach store. I saw the swagger bags, they come in few different sizes; the largest is around 35cm, then the medium one is 27cm and there's the small one with 21cm and mini size in 20cm. Since I've got too many large bags already, my options were the small or mini size, the size difference is not really significant, however the shape for small size is taller and the mini size is more wider. The store manager gave me each in metallic colors, the small in silver color and mini in rosegold color. Both are cute, then I came up with decision of buying the mini one in rosegold color (due to friends' and boyfie opinion).

Coach Swagger 20 vs Coach Swagger 21

The first time I saw and feel these bags, it reminds me to Phillip Lim Pashli Satchel Bag and Reed Krakoff Bags. The craftmanship is better than past years' collection, the pebbled leather is also really great and it doesn't really heavy. Moreover, they have double stitching and mostly binding of leather with little edge coats. I pretty satisfied with this bag's quality as well the affordable price. The retails is around $3xx, but in Indonesia I heard it is sold for IDR 7,000,000. Here are some detailed pictures of Coach Swagger 20 that I recently bought a week ago.

Even though it's mini size, but you can put the essentials inside such as wallet, phone also lip gloss or other make up kits. Last but not least, Coach gave one year guarantee on the hardware, zipper and stitching. So if you find any problem on these three aspects, you can just bring it to the Coach stores and they will fix it for you. I also want to thank Ms. Serena Wang, Taipei 101's Coach store manager, who had assisted me kindly to buy this bag. I hope this review could help you guys who want to buy this beautiful bag as well, it is really worth it.  #Whatsyourswagger
